The Garmen case carries both (as well as a cell phone and blue-tooth device) with the two halves of the case divided into mesh sections which keeps the items separated and helps them not to bump into each other which sometimes causes the I-pod or the Garmen GPS watch to inadvertantly switch on, wasting valuable battery life. The case looks good and is strong yet light weight. The Garmen GPS carrying case has worked very well for me. The vents on the top help the Garmen GPS device to dry quickly after a long run in the sun. It was a worthwhile purchase for me. I use my watch when I run, which is 3-5 days p/week. I also run with an I-pod nano.
I carry one small bag to the gym and it's easy to grab it all without hunting around for all the pieces. Definitely keeps it in one place.
This time I purchased the case to go with it and the case seems to be perfect for puppy protection. I just had to replace my Forerunner because I came home one day and found it in a thousand pieces on the floor. High quality and very durable. Great carrying case. Perfect for holding the Forerunner, charger, and USB cable.
The case isn't quite long enough for the heart rate monitor, so it needs to be folded a bit to fit it in. They all fit, but it is very cramped. On the positive side, the case is very solid and well made. I have the forerunner 405, heart rate monitor, and foot pod. I was hoping the case would be large enough to carry these along with my charger.
Another Garmin must have. Other cases/containers will do the same but this one has a little flair to it. If you want to keep all the parts together and available at a moments notice, this case will do the job. Small enough to take with you and large enough to locate easily, this part-specific case will store your GPS and all accessories until you need them.
